Important Vendor Information

Booth space is first-come, first-served. Choose your top three locations (see map). You’ll get an email with your assigned spot by Tuesday, September 22nd. Ensure your email is provided on the vendor agreement. Registration is due by Tuesday, September 15th.
A $50 fee applies per 10x10 space. Additional fees: $20 for 110V electricity and $40 for 220V electricity per plug. Specify electrical needs and amps on your vendor agreement. Generators are recommended as we have limited electricity.
Booth setup starts at 6:00 a.m. You are responsible for your own setup (tables, chairs, trash, extension cords, tents, etc.).
Enter from Grant and 5th Street for loading and unloading. Remove vehicles by 7:15 a.m. No access after 7:15 a.m. Booths open at 8:00 a.m.
Each vendor must display a KS Sales Tax Certificate. If you don’t have one, it will be provided. You must complete and submit your report to the State.
Vendors should stay open until 4:00 p.m., but you may stay until 9:00 p.m. Leaving early or not showing up WILL affect future approval in Grow vendor events.
Leave all areas clean. Remove your own trash using your own bags. Trash can be disposed of in the dumpster or trash truck behind the Police Station.
Not-for-Profit organizations must provide a 501(c)(3) letter from the IRS.
All fees are non-refundable unless the entire event is canceled by Grow Clay County.

**Limited Electricity: Electricity is available for a limited number of booths and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all electrical spaces are filled, the option will no longer appear in the booth selection. If you require electricity and spaces are sold out, please contact us to explore available options and be added to the waitlist.**

Vendor Agreement:

In consideration of your acceptance of this entry, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against sponsors, coordinating groups, and any individuals associated with the event, their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in connection with said event. Also, none of the above are responsible for the loss of personal items nor any other form of aggravation in connection with said event. I have been warned I must be in good health to participate in this event. In filling out this form, I acknowledge that I am an amateur in such events. I also give my permission for the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast or print media account of this event. By submitting this form, I acknowledge I have read and fully understand my own liability and do accept the restrictions.
