Enter your young child in our Annual Baby Crawl/Walker Contest. See if your kid has what it takes to make our judges “awwww”” as they crawl, walk or even run across our stage! This is a just for fun Old Fashion Event! Please enter your child with that spirit. Winners will receive a Clay Center Citywide Gift Certificate.

Watermelon Eating Contest
Join in on some old fashion fun with the 2nd Annual Watermelon Eating Contest. It will be located in the Orrin Hogan Arena beginning at 7:30pm!
Community Water Fight
Come down to the Clay County Fairgrounds with your super soakers, water guns, or buckets and be prepared to get wet! The Clay Center Fire Department will sound their horn at 3:00 and all bets are off!
There will be a water filling station provided, all you will need is your own water gun! Make sure not to spray anyone that is not inside the designated water fight area.
** NO WATER BALLOONS ALLOWED **
